Shipping Policy

  • We have a flat shipping rate of $5.95 for all purchases.
  • We are NOT responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.
  • Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
  • You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship it to you.
  • If you feel you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately at
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer.
  • If your tracking number says "Attempted Delivery, Item Being Held While Addressee is Contacted", that means it is being held by the post office until you contact them.

Returns/Exchanges Policy **As of Jan. 1st, 2020

We Only Offer Store Credit, We Do Not Offer Refunds or Exchanges.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s within 14 calendar days. Any returns received past our policy will be rejected. See conditions below.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, scent and makeup free. This includes smoke, deodorant, and perfume scents.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original box inside of packaging to avoid damage to the shoe box during shipment.
  • Items not eligible for return: All Jewelry, Accessories, Bodysuits, Undergarments like Bralettes, Bras, Swimsuits, etc, Anything purchased from the Clearance Collection, Anything marked over 25% Off, Monthly Themed Box Items, and All Black Friday and Cyber Monday Deals.
How to Return Items:
-We do not issue prepaid return labels, you will be responsible for the return costs. Please include your name and order number on the package. We strongly recommend that you insure your return in case the package is lost in delivery.

Store Credit
-Please allow up to 48 hours after we receive return to receive your store credit.

Damaged/Defective Items:
We must be notified within 5 calendar days of you receive the damaged/defective item/s. Please email us at or message our Face 2 Soul Beauty Facebook Page with pictures of the defect and the packaging.
Refunds will ONLY be issued for damaged/defective items, all other returns are issued store credit.
