Shipping policy

  • We ship through USPS & UPS.
  • We have a flat shipping rate of $8.95 for all purchases.
  • Comment Sold & our App will give an automatic free shipping window after a purchase and any items purchased within that window will be combined into one order. Orders placed after the free shipping window ends may still be combined with other orders, however due to this combining adding to the overall weight of the package & our shipping cost, refunds will not be given for extra shipping charges.
  • We WILL NOT assume responsibility for packages once they have been marked as "delivered". This issue must be resolved with the USPS, UPS, or local law enforcement.
  • Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
  • You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. If an order is shipped from Face 2 Soul Beauty to an incorrect address that you as the customer provided, you as the customer will be responsible to repay for shipping.
  • If you feel you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately at Face2SoulBeauty@gmail.com.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer.
  • If your tracking number says "Attempted Delivery, Item Being Held While Addressee is Contacted", that means it is being held by the post office until you contact them.

Face 2 Soul Beauty is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
  • International Duties or Customs Charges
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. Claims can be filed on the USPS & UPS websites in these cases.


Cancellation Policy

  • Once your order is placed, it CAN NOT be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout. We do our best to ship your items very quickly. You can return any item in question to us in accordance with our return policy.

Local Pickups

  • We DO offer local pickups.
  • This option can be selected at checkout for zero cost

    • Can be found in front of garage of red warehouse building
  • Pickups can be retrieved:
    • Monday: 9:00am-5:00pm
    • Tuesday: 9:00am-5:00pm
    • Wednesday: 9:00am-5:00pm
    • Thursday: 9:00am-5:00pm
    • Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
